Check out the pretty cool creature #madrid and #barcelona was so much fun. However we brought back an unwanted souvenir - a cold 🙁 but that hasn’t stopped me losing weight. Today I weighed in at 62.1 kilos. That is a loss of 4.9 kilos 😀 I think haven’t been this weight for two years. To date I have lost #10kilos 😁 #weightloss #caloriedeficit #calorierestriction
